A younger version of The Old Machinist took these photographs with the idea of constructing a model of the engine house someday. Well, someday never came because I abandoned ” The Friendly” and became a modeler of “Uncle Pete”. Maybe there is a young modeler out there who will make “someday” happen for the now gone Engine House. I would like to believe the art of scratch-building will live on. Well, I do have hope it will.
